Back in the swing of getting healthy

Okay...I was told I must log everything I eat so I thought where better to do it then here? Since my intenstine problems are not getting better I surpose I should just deal with my health the best way I know how? Writing about it?? What do I have to lose?

So, far I have eaten: 2 light yougarts and a blueberry muffin, what a meal??
